The George Bass Coastal Walk begins close to the cottage and follows dramatic clifftops with wide views across Bass Strait. It is one of the area’s signature experiences and an excellent way to discover the coastline on foot.

It’s about 7 km each way, so allow a few hours if you’re walking there and back.

Take water and a jacket, because there’s little shade and the wind off the water can pick up quickly.
